Originally from Iowa, I hold a business degree from Iowa Wesleyan College and am a proud veteran of the United States Navy. My wife, Sue, and I have shared 38 wonderful years of marriage, and together we cherish our blended family of 8 children and 15 grandchildren, enjoying every moment we spend as a family. Giving back to the community is very important to us. We dedicate our time and resources to many area charities and business organizations, including the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Northwest Assistance Ministries (NAM). We are also proud board members of The Cypress Creek Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment (FACE). Additionally, I served as a board member and continue to support Boys and Girls Country, the NW American Heart Association, and the Houston NW Chamber of Commerce.
